It is hard to believe that the year has gone by so quickly.  Looking back over the past twelve months it is amazing that we could have made such a drastic change to our core business.

This past year has had its ups and downs yet the Jodale Perry team have improved our lead times to the customer by 70% on cabs and 90% on parts orders.  I know that we are not there yet and we still have room to improve, which we will in 2012.

Our staff has responded positivity to the change in our production flow that has increased our cab output by 46%, resulting in a shorter lead time.  This is only possible by your candid and frank feedback that has driven us to make positive change.

We have signed new OEM agreements and rebuilt older OEM relationships from the ground up that will help Jodale Perry service you in the future.  In doing so, Jodale Perry continuously focuses on improving our customer services; your feedback ensures that we make positive improvement.

In early 2012 we are updating our website with a feature that will allow you to place orders directly into our new ERP system to further enhance the order accuracy and delivery of our great products.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers who have supported us over the past 47 years.  Jodale Perry will continue to be innovative and challenge ourselves to improve our products and our service to our customer, that way, when you’re ready, we’re here.
